As the leader of ISA Lebanon, Gina Chammas brings her extensive expertise in anti-corruption, financial investigation, and litigation support to guide the company’s direction. She has established a reputation for effective networking and collaboration with competent NGOs to adopt the Ten Principles of Fighting Corruption promulgated by The American Anti-Corruption Institute. With a focus on solid waste management, the power sector, finance and taxes, and customs, Chammas leads the team in the fight against corruption and sustainable reforms. Under her leadership, ISA Lebanon became a member of the international network McMillan Woods Global. Chammas is also dedicated to developing her team’s skills and expertise, teaching managerial accounting at Antonine University and construction accounting at San Diego State University. Her leadership has been recognized with several awards, and she continues to be a sought-after speaker for various organizations.

Gina J. Chammas is a Lebanese American who is an expert in the anti-corruption field and a Certified Anti-Corruption Manager. She started her career in Audit and Investigation in the U.S. She was the first woman elected President of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) (2011-2012). Since then, she has remained the elected President of the Mutual Fund of members of LACPA. She is newly appointed as the President of LACPA – IFAC Relations and Technical Committee by LACPA.
Chammas established two development consulting firms and served for nine years as a Senior Advisor to the President of the Republic of Lebanon on Finance and Budget. She is also the President of the Lebanon Certified Anti-Corruption Managers NGO. Her anti-corruption efforts and activities in Lebanon started in 1996, and she has received several honors and awards for her work. Chammas frequently speaks at various organizations and has taught managerial and cost accounting. She is a member of various honor organizations and is recognized as one of 13 women presidents of professional organizations or associations in the history of Lebanon.

Mike J. Masoud, CACM, CFE, MBA
Mike J. Masoud is an internationally known expert in the anti-corruption field and leads The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) business and initiatives in the Middle East and Africa. He is a senior instructor and researcher for The AACI in the fields of internal control, governance, and corruption prevention methodologies.
He has extensive experience with an international auditing firm and has consulted worldwide, helping corporations investigate allegations of corruption, and served as a litigation consultant working with attorneys representing shareholders in complex court cases involving serious allegations of corporate fraud, improper financial reporting, and economic crimes.
Advising many public, private, and non-profit organizations in the Middle East and Africa, Mr. Masoud brings financial expertise, a strong understanding of strategy and risk, and detailed regional and international insights into anti-corruption ethics and compliance.
He graduated from Pittsburg State University, KS-USA in December 2000 with distinction holding MBA and majoring in accounting. He passed the CPA exam in California in May 2001 with distinguished scores. Besides, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM).
